About the Role This is more than a job its a mission to empower young voices and support developmental milestones. As a Speech Therapist, you'll work closely with pediatric patients and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a warm, family-centered environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and track measurable progress
• Educate families and caregivers for at-home support strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric teams for holistic care

Who You Are

• Licensed Speech Therapist (DOH license or eligibility required)
• Bachelors or Masters in Speech and Language Pathology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Passionate about child development and committed to excellence in care
